Fall 2017 Remodelers Showcase Sept. 29-Oct. 1 Only
The Parade of Homes Remodelers Showcase® opens this Friday with 64 remodeled homes to tour!
If you’re thinking about updating your home, make sure to tour some of our 41 newly remodeled kitchens, 23 new bathrooms and plenty of additions, basements, great rooms, bedrooms — even a new sports court. You’ll get to meet the remodelers and many of the homeowners. All the homes are free to tour (from noon to 6:00pm all three days), with the exception of two gorgeous Artisan Dream Remodeled Homes (read more below). The Dream Homes require a $5 entry fee, with proceeds going to support the excellent work of the BATC Foundation, like the new home just built for the Minnesota Assistance Council for Veterans (MACV) to help house veterans with families as they transition from homelessness.
Pick up a Guidebook at area Holiday Stationstores, or just check out our e-magazine version to read more about several of the projects from their homeowners perspective, to find a listing of special events (many with treats!), and to see the top design trends from our Style editor, Laura Marrinan. You can read more about our two Artisan Dream Remodeled homes in the Guidebook as well.
Artisan Dream Remodeled Homes — one for aging in place, the other for an active family
Entry #R58 by Crystal Kitchen + Bath in New Hope
Crystal Kitchen renovated a classic mid-century modern home to be the perfect “last” home for this 50-something couple who plan to age in place. Read more about this remodel here in our blog. And here from the Star Tribune.
Entry #R62 by Pillar Homes Partner in Wayzata
This family fell in love with a neighbor’s sport court, so asked the builder, Pillar Homes Partner, to find a way to get them one of their own. The solution was to add to the detached garage and build a second story connection to the home. A must see!
