Based in Edina, our focus is on building new, appropriately-scaled homes in established older neighborhoods such as Edina and Southwest Minneapolis. We provide great value to our clients by designing a home with car-stopping curb appeal, in an A+ location, and a high level of finish quality.
As a boutique builder, we are small enough to provide our clients with a personal building experience. We won’t hand you off to designers or subcontractors. We are your one point of contact through the entire process. Our turnkey design/build process includes: lot procurement, site plan development, complete home architectural design, zoning approval, green building planning, teardown process management, material donation services, budget management, interior design, construction management, audio/video and home theatre installation, and landscaping services. We also offer expert advice on neighborhood characteristics to help you choose the best location for your new home.
