Planning your Tour
Pick up your free Guidebook at any area Holiday StationStore. You'll find in-depth information to help you navigate the guidebook and how to use this online resource, www.paradeofhomes.org, on page 10 of the Guidebook. By using our online search engines, you can plan your tour even better, by choosing homes within a specific school district, by number of bedrooms and baths, and even square footage. Our key word search can help you locate your own must-have features like screen porches, granite countertops or hickory floors. And, don’t forget to sign on to our on-line Tour Planner which allows you to save your favorites and make notes about what you liked best.
Owners’ Suites: A Soothing Spaces MiniTour
Another great feature this fall are our owners’ suite mini-tours. We’ve selected 17 Parade HomesSM with fabulous owners’ suites and baths for their own tour-within-a-tour. These homes are divided into three fun mini-tours: Elite Retreats (grand million-dollar beauties); EasySuites (townhomes and condos) and Suites Complete (a variety of gorgeous single family homes), and are open all normal Parade of HomesSM hours. What’s more, many of these great homes will be hosting a variety of fun events. Click on the Mini Tour icon on our home page for details, a preliminary event listing and maps that will guide you to the owners’ suite of your dreams.
Dream Homes
I’d also like to invite you to visit our two Dream Homes which aid our charitable arm, the Builders Outreach Foundation. When you visit either of these exceptional million-dollar homes, you’ll be asked to pay a $5.00 tax-deductible admission which goes entirely to the Foundation’s efforts building homes for deserving low-income families.
