Welcome to the new Spring edition of the Parade of Homes Remodelers ShowcaseSM
The members of the Builders?Association of the Twin Cities RemodelersSM (BATC?Remodelers) welcome you our brand new Spring version of our popular Parade of?Homes Remodelors ShowcaseSM. This national award-winning remodeled home tour lets you to see first hand the most and best remodeling projects in the Twin Cities. Whether you’re looking for ideas, looking for a remodeler, or looking for an enjoyable afternoon, I am certain you’ll be amazed and inspired by this year’s entries.
We’re excited to bring you 69 gorgeous remodeling projects for you to tour, free of charge (with the exception of our two Dream Remodeled?Homes where you’ll be asked to make a $5.00 donation at the door to benefit the Builders Outreach?Foundation and Operation Dream Makeover). You’ll see remodeling projects big and small, from whole house remodels to kitchen renovations; beautiful new baths, gorgeous additions, lower level finishes, even remodeling with a careful eye to the environment. And, in every instance these homes demonstrate the best in professional remodeling. Look inside for maps, descriptions and photos or illustrations to help you choose which to visit.
We’re very excited this Spring to present to you the finished project for ?Operation?Dream Makeaover. With the help of the Builders?Outreach Foundation and dozens of companies and invididuals, we have remodeled the home of Kyle Anderson, an incredible young Marine who was wounded in Iraq. When you visit Kyle’s home or our second Dream Remodeled Home we’ll ask for a charitable donation of $5.00, all of which goes to helping the Foundation continue their good works.

You’ll also want to log onto our award winning website, www.paradeofhomes.org to help you navigate your tour more easily, as well as discover more about each remodeler and see a number of virtual tours. Click on the remodeled projects search engine to select the location and project types you want to see. Another easy tool is our handy Tour Planner. When you sign on you can save your favorite remodeled projects or remodelers and make notes about what you liked.
I’d also like to say thank you to all the wonderful homeowners who have graciously opened their homes to you, allowing us to show off our best work! We hope you’ll enjoy touring these beautiful homes as much as we enjoyed remodeling them.
