Welcome to the 21st Annual Parade of Homes Remodelers ShowcaseSM
This national award-winning remodeled home tour allows you to see first hand the best remodeling projects in the Twin Cities. Whether you’re looking for a remodeler, looking for ideas and inspiration, or just looking for an enjoyable afternoon, I am certain you’ll be amazed and inspired by this year’s entries.
We welcome you to tour the 132 gorgeous remodeling projects open this fall, free of charge (with the exception of our two Dream Remodeled?Homes where you’ll be asked to make a $5.00 donation at the door to benefit the Builders Outreach?Foundation). You’ll see remodeling projects big and small, from whole house remodels to kitchen renovations; beautiful new baths, gorgeous additions, lower level finishes, even remodeling with a careful eye to the environment. And, in every instance these homes demonstrate the best in professional remodeling. Look inside for maps, descriptions and photos or illustrations to help you choose which to visit.
You’ll also want to log onto our award winning website, www.paradeofhomes.org, to help you navigate your tour more easily, as well as discover more about each remodeler and see a number of virtual tours. Click on the remodeled projects search engine to select the location and project types you want to see. Another easy tool is our handy Tour Planner. When you sign on you can save your favorite remodeled projects or remodelers and make notes about what you liked.
And please, consider visiting our two Dream Remodeled Homes. These two fabulous remodels have been selected by our charitable arm, the Builders Outreach Foundation to help them raise funds for their good work.
