Parade of HomesSM Launches New Lifestyle Category Searches

The Parade of HomesSM has long offered a wide variety of search options to aid visitors in locating just the home they want to visit. This Spring we are adding a brand new option, Lifestyle categories.
Customize your search: Current search options include city, price, builder, home style and design, square footage, number of bedrooms and baths, school district, wheelchair visitable homes, and more. Now visitors can add another option that will help them select just the homes that best suit their needs from the more than 400 available to visit this spring.
Look for the Lifestyle categories right in their Guidebook listing and in a separate directory. Even easier, use the online search option at www.paradeofhomes.org to simply select any combination of lifestyles for a personalized list of homes to visit.

Dual Suites (dual owners’ suites)
Earth-Friendly (registered in a Certified Green program e.g. MN GreenStar, LEED-H, Energy Star)
