ROSEVILLE WOMAN WINS SPRING PARADE OF HOMESSM PRIZE PACKAGE

The Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC) along with the Northland Ford Dealers and Holiday StationStores presented the winner of the Parade of Homes Spring PreviewSM sweepstakes with her new truck at a ceremony held on May 27th. Ms. Marlene Bell of Roseville and her husband George received the keys to their new Ford truck from Midway Ford’s manager, Tom Kulick, and ten $100 Holiday gas cards presented by 2009 BATC?President, Mike Swanson.
“It’s a real pleasure to present these prizes,” said Swanson. “The Parade of HomesSM is an important opportunity for builders to show off their product to people like you. We appreciate everyone who comes to our model homes, and being able to give away such a fabulous prize is a great way for us to say thanks.”
The Bell’s took a test drive around the Midway Ford lot and looked quite at home in their new truck. “This was a complete surprise,” said Marlene. “I didn’t really believe that anyone actually wins these sort of things.”
“Marlene and George were great to work with,” reported Kulick. “The only thing Marlene mentioned was that they really like red, so it was a pleasure to be able to find this specific truck for her.”
Bell entered the sweepstakes during the Parade of Homes Spring PreviewSM which ran from February 28 through March 22nd. She completed a registration form while visiting Parade HomeSM #44 in Blaine, constructed by TJB Homes. Bell’s form was selected randomly from thousands of entrants received from Parade HomesSM and online at www.paradeofhomes.org.
