The Parade of Homes^SM provides a wide variety of search options to aid visitors in locating just the home they want to visit. In addition to location, price, home style, square footage, school district and other typical home search criteria, the Parade of Homes^SM offers 15 Lifestyle categories.

Lifestyle Categories include:

Adults Only (age-restricted community)
Amenity rich and designed with your 50-plus lifestyle in mind, that’s what sets these “adults only” neighborhoods apart. Homeowners at these age-qualified communities are able to enjoy all the things they’ve worked for, minus the upkeep and plus the fun.

Affordable Abodes (homes under $250,000)
