Scope:
Brunn Remodeling, a certified Woman-Centric remodeler, took an existing 1950's rambler w/an awkward layout, inefficient utilities, and inadequate space for a family that likes to spread out, and transformed it into a custom 2010 two-story w/all the amenities. Gourmet KT opens to GR. Rear foyer is equipped w/drop zone, a designated spot for laptop, purse, keys, and a spot to charge electronics. All of her work from home is now done in her inspiration room, instead of the DR table. New master suite w/separate sitting area, walk-in closet and spa-like bath. Geothermal heating and cooling. UL laundry room.
