Scope:
Welcome to another breathtaking creation by the Schrader Team. This claustrophobic rambler needed to open up and reveal its hidden beauty. Once the partition walls came down, the owners saw the designer's vision as a spacious, flowing floor plan centered on an elegant kitchen with a quaint lounging area flanked by a functional family room, living room, and dining room. The project's goal was achieved within the original exterior walls, saving cost of a major structural addition by listening, creative use of space, and attention to detail.
