Project # R22 - St. Louis Park
Type of Project: Whole House Scope: These 'young professionals with small children' homeowner's were looking to update, capture and increase space for entertaining and for living with a growing family. They also wanted to refresh and update the feel of the home in conjunction with adding a more functioning master bedroom. A room addition, remodel of the kitchen/dining room, a slight reconfiguration of their master bedroom, and an exterior facelift was the answer for the homeowners of this one-and-a-half-story home. They were able to upgrade the value of their home and create the dramatic kitchen enhancement that they were looking for.
