481 New Homes Open to Tour Starting Saturday
No matter what it is you love about homes, the Parade of Homes is where you’ll find it! This spring you can tour hundreds of homes all across the extended Twin Cities every Thursday through Sunday beginning February 24 and running through March 25, 2018. That’s five weekends to explore new neighborhoods, new designs, new home features, even the newest colors and accessories.
If you’re looking to make a change, dreaming about the future, or just searching for some neat new ideas to incorporate into your own home, there’s no better place than the Parade of Homes. We’ve even got a brand new website to help you!
Since you’re at our blog, just click through to search for homes using our many filters (location, price, builder). Then use the favorite (heart) button to gather those you want to tour into your own Tour Planner. No matter what device you’re on, you can create a mapped route powered by Google Maps. Use your phone to direct you to each home enroute, too. Want to make several tours or share with a friend? No problem!
You’ll also be able to see more about each of the homes on tour with photos, descriptions and details, plus cross reference with more information from each of the builders. Homes are priced from $198,000 (#217) to $2,500,000 (#262). They’re located in cities all across the region and as far out as Faribault and Somerset, Wisconsin.
If you love to see exquisite high-end homes, you’ll be able to see 39 homes priced over a million dollars, all but five are free to tour. But when you tour any of the five Dream Homes, you’ll be asked for a $5 entry fee that’s tax deductible as it supports the fine work of our charitable arm, BATC-Housing First Minnesota Foundation. Learn more about each of these amazing Dream Homes here.
And, as always, our comprehensive Guidebook is available FREE at area Holiday Stationstores. Read about our cover family’s real-life home building experience. You’ll find tips about buying new, dozens of fun, informative and tasty events being held at various Parade Homes, plus get the décor skinny direct from the designers of six Parade Homes on the tour. View the Guidebooks online, here.
