The Parade of Homes is your perfect opportunity to walk through new construction homes and remodel projects, see the latest in home design, and connect with the talented builders who brought each home to life. There are hundreds of options across Minnesota—so how do you choose homes and start planning your tour route? We’ve got some helpful advice.
1 Pick up your guidebooks
Free guidebooks are available at Holiday Stationstores and Kowalski’s Markets throughout the Twin Cities. The Parade of Homes and Remodelers Showcase guidebooks contain details on all the new and remodeled homes that are open to tour. Use the directories to find the city, builder or remodeler, or type of home or project you’re looking for. Then, head out to tour!
