Kootenia is a design-build new home company that was founded in 1969. Since that time, the company has grown and is now operated by the father-son team of David and Steven Frosch. David has been designing new homes since 1983 when he started his journey. Eight years ago, Steven came aboard and is now the builder in the team. Kootenia has built thousands of homes in the east metro—from North Oaks to Woodbury. Many clients who have built with Kootenia years ago are back once again.
