“When we started looking for a new house, we knew that new construction was what we wanted. Our agent had lined up two homes in the Peltier Reserve community based on our searches. When we arrived and met Tadd, the Sales Rep for Fieldstone Family Homes, he gave us a brief history of the company and what they stand for. We were impressed in learning that a family run business was available when it comes to building a house. We could tell the attention to detail was something they strive for. Tadd immediately started listening to what we liked and didn't like about each home we walked through. He asked the right questions to get what he needed, but never made it feel like an orchestrated "sales guy" approach. He recommended walking through a couple of the other houses still under construction. He explained that based on our conversations he felt this next home would best suit our needs and wants. He was absolutely spot on! Once under contract the attention to detail didn't stop. Sara had already preselected the finishes for this house as it was set to be a model for this floor plan. Truly exquisite design skills and her added touches did not go unnoticed! Any decisions she and the rest of the team made were with our best interests in mind. Scott the Project Mgr was amazing! When we did our walk throughs most everything we noticed had already been noted by him and scheduled to be fixed or replaced. The closing team was clear and concise and no surprises! When family and friends ask us if we regret not starting from the ground up, we say no, because they way Tadd listened to us and our agent during the initial viewings, made us feel as if we selected a home that was already built personally for us! We don't want to spoil the last little surprise they left us upon walking into our home. We'll let you discover that on your own!!
