“We recently had Elias Construction build an addition on our house, and we are extremely happy with the final results. Communication was excellent at the start and all through out, with daily emails letting us know what was scheduled for that day. Any issues that did arise were communicated and resolved promptly. The quality of the workmanship is top-notch, and the project was completed on schedule. We highly recommend Elias Construction to anyone looking for a reliable, skilled, and trustworthy building contractor.”

“We are grateful to Elias Construction for our new, beautiful space. Their attention to detail, thoughtfulness, foresight, and experience made a rather large project come together with ease. We were so impressed particularly with the design assistance- from cabinet layout to selections of tile, paint colors, etc. they were there to produce what we envisioned plus some. They handled the obstacles that the pandemic posed with ease. We would certainly recommend Elias Construction to anyone seeking a beautiful and practical transformation of their space.”

“Not only did Elias take the stress out of our major basement remodel but they actually made the process fun. The whole team truly goes above and beyond to deliver the highest quality work within an agreed upon budget and timeline. But even more impressive was their enthusiasm in exploring some unique ideas we had, fleshing them out through several design iterations, making these ideas a reality by way of a construction plan, and then executing the plan with an abundance of talent and integrity. Some creative requests on our part required some creative solutions from Elias. Bill, Anton, Jessica and the whole team were always excited about making things work within our vision and came up with smart solutions at every turn. We didn't once feel discouraged. We have good friends in both the construction and design businesses who have visited from out of town and have been amazed by the quality of the workmanship and the materials, not to mention what we've shared about the process and the team. Speaking of the team, across the board they are committed to excellence and were great to have around for the duration of the project. The final outcome is even better than we could have envisioned! We felt truly valued as clients and are looking forward to future projects with Elias.”

“We are on our third project with Elias Construction and honestly have a hard time imagining working with anyone else. The attention to detail and quality of work is amazing and their communication is clear and timely. I recommend Elias to anyone that is looking for someone to complete an addition or remodeling. It took a lot to trust someone cutting a giant hole in the side of my house for an addition, but now that is without a doubt my favorite part of our home.”
