Boyer Building was proud to be invited into this townhome to remodel the kitchen, primary bathroom, and most recently the LL gathering space. The LL now features a finished rec. area w/ a built-in bar & guest bathroom. Custom cabinetry, new flooring, and updated selections throughout bring a cohesive, refreshed interior perfect for everyday living & entertaining.

Boyer Building partnered with the homeowners on a comprehensive remodel that enhances both daily living and entertaining. Completed in two phases, the first phase included a full renovation of the kitchen, laundry, dining room, and primary bathroom, and the second phase included a thoughtfully redesigned lower-level gathering space with a guest bathroom and bar.

The kitchen is bright and welcoming, featuring enameled custom cabinetry, quartz countertops, geometric marble tile backsplash, modern appliances and a more open connection to the other living spaces. A walnut island, liquor cabinet, and accent shelves add warmth and interest to the spaces. The open layout connects seamlessly to adjacent living spaces, creating excellent flow for family life and entertaining.

The primary bathroom was transformed into a bright, efficient, and functional retreat defined by strong custom cabinetry, tile work, and detailed millwork. Rich wood tones, light marble tile and quartz countertops, and clean-lined fixtures create clean pleasant aesthetic. The layered palette brings depth and sophistication while maintaining a calm, spa-like feel—showcasing consistency in craftsmanship and material selection that carries throughout the home.

The lower level was reimagined as an inviting gathering space. A newly refaced fireplace anchors the family room, featuring extensive stonework that adds texture, warmth, and architectural presence. Nearby, a custom bar with rich cabinetry creates a natural hub for entertaining and casual gatherings.

A lower-level guest bathroom was also remodeled, designed to complement the surrounding spaces with coordinated finishes and thoughtful details, ensuring continuity without mirroring the primary suite.
