To achieve this seamless open concept, we removed load-bearing walls and installed an impressive 18-foot steel I-beam, providing essential structural support while maintaining clean sightlines and an airy feel throughout the main living areas. A new walk-in pantry was thoughtfully incorporated, offering ample organized storage to keep the kitchen clutter-free and highly functional.
In the bathroom, we added a luxurious walk-in shower, elevating comfort and convenience for the homeowners. The adjacent mudroom and laundry areas were completely reconfigured to improve traffic flow, maximize storage, and streamline daily routines—perfect for a busy lakeside lifestyle.
