This main-floor remodel transformed a builder-grade home into an elevated, highly functional space for everyday living and entertaining. A reimagined layout centers around a statement KT with a striking range wall, arched openings, and a custom butler’s pantry with a corner for serving cocktails. A tailored MR, refreshed BA, thoughtful storage, and a new four-season porch complete the home’s flow.

This main-floor remodel transformed a relatively new but builder-grade home that lacked durability, flow, and thoughtful functionality. Low-quality materials were wearing down, and the original layout left valuable square footage underutilized, making everyday living and entertaining feel disjointed. Our goal was to elevate both the craftsmanship and the experience of the home.
We reworked the main-floor layout to create a centrally located kitchen that now serves as the heart of the home. A dramatic range wall anchors the space, framed by arched openings that lead to a custom butler’s pantry with a dedicated cocktail area on one side and a mudroom with custom cabinetry and smart storage on the other. The remodel also includes a refreshed bathroom, enhanced storage throughout, and an expanded footprint to add a four-season porch with window walls on three sides and a wood-burning fireplace, creating a cozy, year-round retreat that seamlessly connects to the rest of the home.
