What do we do with all this golden oak? For these repeat clients, that was the big question when updating their 2001 build. By blending old with new, we modernized this home without the need to tear everything out. Come tour this stunning transformation featuring a remodeled Kitchen, Laundry/Mudroom, and Bathrooms that perfectly balance 25 years of character with fresh, curated design.
The new kitchen serves as the heart of the home, reimagined to offer ample room for both gourmet cooking and social gathering. To support the flow of a busy household, the nearby laundry and mudroom were redesigned with intuitive storage solutions that keep daily life organized. Upstairs, the main and primary bathrooms were fully updated, transforming once-dated rooms into spaces that feel clean, bright, and incredibly comfortable.
To achieve a cohesive look, our design team refinished the original red oak floors to harmonize with the existing golden oak millwork. By pairing new wood tones with updated finishes, we created a balanced aesthetic that honors the home’s history while introducing a modern soul. The result is a beautifully refreshed residence with improved functionality—a perfect example of how intentional updates can breathe new life into a classic, 25-year-old home.
