We had a full list of "cosmetic" updates done: adding hardwood to our basement, a fun new wine wall, painting our entire house, updating kitchen plumbing and countertops, changing out every light fixture in the house, updating our mudroom tile and new lockers, new entryway tile, new hardware throughout the main floor, and adding wallpaper to our nursery and offices. In addition to these updates, they also gutted and remodeled our master bathroom.
