The renovation focuses on expanding the heart of the home with a much larger, more functional kitchen with a generous island, replacing the previous galley layout. The kitchen is anchored by a dramatic stove wall clad in handcrafted Zellige tile, adding depth and texture, while a bold chevron carbon-black accent wall enhances the overall warmth and character of the space. Each home is crafted with high-quality finishes that blend comfort and style, including quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, shaker-style cabinetry, and durable luxury vinyl plank flooring. Architectural stone accents, wood brackets, and private maintenance-free decks or patios create inviting exteriors. Shared community spaces, including a covered patio with picnic tables, benches, grilling stations, and connecting sidewalks, are designed to foster camaraderie and connection.

Kitchen Refresh

This past client hired Castle for a kitchen refresh that brought new life to their space! We integrated panel-ready appliances, giving the kitchen a sleek, unified look. The existing cabinetry received a fresh coat of paint, and the countertops were upgraded. A striking blue/green island now serves as a vibrant focal point, beautifully complementing the warm tones of the refinished walnut hardwood floors. Brass and black accents were thoughtfully incorporated through new fixtures and hardware, adding a touch of modern sophistication.

Primary Bathroom Remodel

These clients also entrusted Castle with their primary bathroom remodel. While largely maintaining the original layout, we transformed a dated corner tub into a luxurious, modernized freestanding soaking tub. The 90s-era black granite and dark colors were replaced with brighter, more transitional materials, including white tiles, elegant marble accents, and a travertine-style floor. A rich, warm wood vanity provides a beautiful contrast to the cool marble, while high-end, traditional plumbing fixtures complete this spa-like retreat.

This kitchen refresh features panel-ready appliances, painted cabinets, upgraded countertops, and a vibrant blue/green island topping refinished walnut floors. Brass and black accents complete the look. Their primary bath got a luxurious update too, swapping a corner tub for a freestanding soaking tub. We replaced dark 90s tones with white tile, marble, and travertine, plus a warm wood vanity.
